We must have some of the best walks straight from the The Old Hall Inn, Chinley's front door. Check out this great route from the Old Hall via Combes Moss. Total 19k, this is a good days walk but perhaps I little more achievable for most, when compared to our epic routes. Amazingly quiet on the top, with very few tourists ever making it this side, dramatic with extensive views of Combes lake! Not for the faint hearted as its a steep climb up onto the ridge. Route pre-loaded on to our Garmin GPS's (sat nav) available for free to guests of the Old Hall.
