Dan's Double Ironman Challenge

Please help me make it worthwhile, by sponsoring generously

Midlife crisis? Perhaps! But with a decade of ignoring sport, i thought it time to reverse the trend and try the ultimate endurance triathlon. I had 12 months to prepare for the Frankfurt Ironman, and now have a further 12months to prepare for the double.

I'm excited to have the opportunity to help raise vital funds for such an amazing local charity. The challenges of the Ironman, and further still the double Ironman are extreme and have allowed for some incredible experiences, with plenty more to come i'm sure, as i continue to train for the double. Along the way i've made some great new friends, and put many thousands of miles under my belt. I look forward to the continued challenges and to hopefully acting as a vehicle for your generosity in raising money for this worthy cause

Double distances

Open Water Swim = 7.6km (4.8miles)

Bike = 360km (224miles)

Run = 84km (52miles)

Please give generously to this amazing charity. There are sponsor forms

behind the bar, or you can sponsor online at just giving or by texting

DCAP47 and an amount of £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10 to 70070. Thank you for any

support, small or large, it all helps raise the total. We will be running a few

events from the Old Hall and Paper Mill in support of the charity, details of which will follow

Many Thanks

Dan
