Powerful aromas of baked strawberry, blackberryand a hint of chocolate. Spice and cedar are layered with juicy ripe plum. Amarone is always a big red wine with loads of alcohol. The use of dried (raisined) grapes means that the taste is reminiscent of Christmas with dried black fruits and spices. Weingut Sahel Vienna, Austria - Gewurztraminer 100% (Vegan, Organic, Biodynamic, Sustainable) Produced from a small vineyard in Vienna ’ s southwest, this Gewurztraminer has the minerality of the local terroir, three days of skin contact and ten months ageing on lees to bring structure to this aromatic varietal. This is unfiltered so hazy in appearance, has a spicy aromatic nose with hints of pineapple and apple, is dry with a fruity and spicy finish.

Tbilvino is one of Georgia’s most important wineries. For over 60 years, they’ve been dedicated to showcasing the best of their country’s wines and native grape varieties, using both traditional and modern techniques to produce a wide range of delicious styles. This white is made with Rkatsiteli, believed to be one of the oldest grape varieties in the world. The juice is fermented with the grape skins in ‘qvevri’ – clay pots buried in the ground – resulting in a beautiful amber colour and rounded texture, plus aromatic notes of apricot and pear.

late harvested Preamble wine continues on the theme of crystalline purity, capturing the essence of the growing season in the glass.
